A customer's right to use the Service is personal to that customer/client.

Customer agrees not to resell or make any commercial use of the products or services or the information contained in the website without the express consent of Premier Trading Solutions.

Customer agrees not to share or provide his password to non members.

Custo mer agrees not to share, divulge, or retransmit the information contained in the course, on the website, or in the chat room.

There is a ZERO tolerance policy for the sharing of this proprietary Information; and failure to comply will result in immediate termination of accounts, and access to the website will be banned. The following actions are prohibited:

  1. Their Username and/or Password to non-members.
  2. Sharing or divulging the information contained in the course materials.
  3. Retransmitting any trading information in the form of (but not limited to) emails, chat rooms, web posts, news groups, etc..

  5. Any client who is employed by, works for, or is contracted by a Competitor of Premier Trading Solutions shall have their account terminated and immediately banned from the chat room and website.

Anyone who solicits our clients or guests by offering them products or services (free or for payment) whether they be trading related or not, shall be considered to be in violation of our conditions and will lead to an immediate account termination and permanent ban.

Clients who violate the Prohibited Behavior of the Chat room, are also subject to having their website accounts permanently canceled and all website access and privileges revoked.

The information contained within the course material and this website is of a proprietary nature, and Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of this information, and not divulge, share, or make it available to others in any way.

Members are advised to test all software for themselves in a "paper trading" environment (simulated trading account), to determine the software's suitability for their own purposes. Members are also advised to regularly check the settings on their trading platform and on their software to reduce the chances of unexpected results. By using Premier Trading Solutions software, members agree that Premier Trading Solutions is not liable for any losses sustained that may, or may not, be associated with any software problem. Members agree to indemnify and hold Premier Trading Solutions, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by the member or any third party due to, or arising out of a member's use of the software.

Chat Room Webinars and Training Sessions are provided on a best effort basis, and Premier Trading Solutions reserves the right to change, cancel, or modify these at any time.
