The 30-Day Live Boot Camp Training Terms and Conditions

The 30-Day Live Boot Camp Training is a one-time, paid in full program. Members who purchase the 30-Day Live Boot Camp Training will train in a live virtual classroom via their own computer and internet connection along with other members, using our proprietary software and trading methodology. The Live Virtual Boot Camp Training will be for a period of 30 days (excluding weekends), and will include educational materials, software, and access to the Live Interactive Training Trade Room. If a member decides that they want to continue their education after the 30-Day Live Boot Camp, they will have the option to continue with the paid monthly software lease program.

Premier Trading Solutions does not offer free or paid trials.

The Product Lease Program Terms and Conditions

Premier Trading Solutions software is not for sale. The software, along with the live trade/chat room, and full access to the member's only area which contain charting templates, training videos, and training materials will only be offered as a combined package on a month to month lease with no buyout option. A new member lease setup fee will be charged up front, which will include the first month's lease fee. A member can choose to cancel at any time. Premier Trading Solutions does not prorate refunds. If a member decides to cancel their lease, their lease will terminate on the last day of the month's billing cycle in which they cancelled. Premier Trading Solutions reserves the right to cancel any members lease at any time for any reason. Videos and training materials are available for immediate access from our website. Videos are all viewed online only. All other services that we offer (excluding the 30 day live boot camp training), such as Webinars and end of trading day Q & A Training Sessions, are at no charge to members only, and are offered on a best effort basis.

The 30 day live boot camp training is a one-time, paid in full program. Members who purchase the 30 day live boot camp training will train in a live virtual classroom via their own computer and internet connection along with up to 25 members at a time. The live virtual boot camp training will be for a period of 30 days (one calendar month), and will include educational materials, software, and access to the live trade/chat room. If a member decides that they want to continue their education after the 30 day live boot camp, they will have the option to continue with the paid monthly lease program.

Refund Policy

Premier Trading Solutions offers a full 30 day money back guarantee for the lease program only, which does not include the 30 day live boot camp training. Premier Trading Solutions does not offer a money back guarantee for the purchase of the 30 day live boot camp training due to the proprietary nature of the materials being delivered and live information being taught, in addition to time spent by our educators to personally train new members.

Any unpaid balances owing beyond 30 days will be turned over to a collection agency. Please be aware that this can have a negative impact on your credit rating.
